REPEAT PRESCRIPTIONS
We have a computerised prescription service for those patients on regular repeat medication. Please note:- each service can take up to 72 hours.
FROM 1st November 2021 WE WILL NO LONGER BE ACCEPTING PRESCRIPTION REQUESTS OVER THE PHONE. THIS IS FOR PATIENT SAFETY REASONS.
To order your repeat prescriptions:
1. REGISTER FOR ‘MY HEALTH ONLINE’ – and order prescriptions from your home computer or smart phone any time of day or night. Please download the form, complete and bring to the surgery with photo identification. Request for MHOL Account (Standard Access ) 2. CONTACT YOUR LOCAL CHEMIST to arrange ordering and collection. 3. Email your Prescription request to: w98057m.pres@wales.nhs.uk (please note that this is not a secure email address). 4. DROP THE WHITE SIDE OF YOUR REPEAT PRESCRIPTION IN THE BOX AT RECEPTION with a TICK next to the medication required. 5. Send a self addressed stamped envelope with your medication request and we will post it back to you.
