If you move outside the practice area, you will need to re register with a practice in the new area of residence within 28 days. Due to the ever increasing population of the immediate area as new houses are developed it may become necessary for us to review our boundaries to ensure that we maintain a safe and efficient service. Please do not ask reception or admin staff to allow you to stay on our list even when you move from the area – they are not able to make this decision. Agreement to retain you on the practice list can only be confirmed with one of the GP partners – and only in exceptional circumstances for those patients who are involved in an ongoing course of treatment – and then only if within a reasonable distance of the surgery. If you do not inform us that you have moved out of the practice area and we discover this through other channels you will still be asked to register elsewhere. Thank you.
